Katherine Leidlein is a classically trained actor and singer bringing timeless depth to modern stories. Known for their work as Mackenzie Murphy in Grounded (GWG Films) and as Anna in the upcoming feature Anna’s in the Woods (Dark Passage Films, AMC release 2027), they continues to build a dynamic body of work that bridges emotional honesty with quiet strength. Originally from Houston, Texas, and now based in New York City, Leidlein recently completed the feature No Place, shot on location in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and portrayed Miss Milla in the short New Neighbors, winner of the Inwood Arts Grant and Panavision New Filmmakers Grant with Contact Light Studios.
On stage, Leidlein has appeared as a Semi-Finalist in the Lotte Lenya Competition, and performed leading roles such as Dina in South Pacific (Plaza Broadway, Long Island) and Lily in The Secret Garden (The Public Theatre of San Antonio).
Commercially, their work includes campaigns for Puma, Paramount Plus, Qualcomm, and Autodesk, among others.
